Patriotic Rag Wreath

I saw this over at Sassy Sanctuary, and just had to make one.  She actually makes a lot of stuff that I want to someday make.  This rag wreath however, I had the materials, and knew I had to make right away!  The only thing I needed to buy was the ($1.99) wire frame that I found at Hobby Lobby. 

Cut fabric about 1" by 6"

Begin tying knots around the wreath
