Remodel update

I know you've all just been dying to see wha's going on in the Dining Room!  Gosh it's been awhile since I last shared our progress with you. Last I left you, we had the wallpaper removed, and the sheetrock up.  Since then we've plastered, painted, put the pantry shelves in and hung the pantry doors. Check it out!

Hmm, I think someone prefers I leave him out of the pictures, lol. But since I can't paint (remember baby in the tummy), he's stuck being showcased.

Sorry for the dark pictures. The flash on the camera went out, and I'm not sure if it's fixable yet.

Today I mopped the floor, which has already made a big difference in what this room looks like. I believe Mark's plan for the evening is to put up the trim, and perhaps fix the floor (did I tell you about that? Hot iron on a vinyl floor don't mix).

If all goes as planned, I should be able to spend tomorrow rearranging dishes and food, and making the room all pretty. I may head to the craft store to get the items for the pendant light as well!
