The Marvel Foot Rest is perfect for the work at home parent.

As much as I love to get out and get moving, the truth is I spend a good portion of my days inside sitting at the computer. I write this blog, I do virtual assistant work, and recently picked up some marketing work with a publishing company. On top of all that work, I also go to school online. There are days where I feel like I don’t move from the computer at all.  

The biggest issue I’ve had is with my legs. I pull them up on the couch, when I work there. I cross them at the computer or try to find something to pull them up to rest on. When the Marvel Foot Rest came, I was a bit skeptical. I mean it is just a slight incline and a piece of metal. WOW! I have never felt better after putting in a full day of work.  

The incline on the Marvel Foot Rest is the exact angle I needed to get comfortable. I can now sit longer and focus more on my work because I’m not constantly adjusting to find a comfortable spot.
