Yesterday we had Lincoln’s baby blessing. Lots of family came up for the event, so we had a luncheon at our house afterwards. We had a wonderful spread of foods. Mom brought a deli tray, rolls, chips and pasta salad. I put together a fruit salad, strawberry lemonade and a veggie platter. To go with the veggies I mixed up some of Wildtree’s Creamy Ranch dip mix. Oh it was so good!! Even after the luncheon I couldn’t stop snacking on it with the veggies and the chips! I apparently cut up too many veggies though, but that’s alright, because now I have a fresh and ready snack for the rest of the week!
Tuesday – cake pan Pizza’s (recipe on friday!)
Wednesday – Mark is on his own. We’re headed to my sister in laws for a bachelorette party I’m throwing her.
Thursday – Sister in Law’s Wedding.
Friday – Hamburger Helper
Saturday – Grilled Pork Chops with Dijon Herb Butter
Sunday – Enchilada Lasagna Casserole
Oh, how we wish we could have been there. We are glad so many were able to witness this wonderful blessing. Please forgive us for not making it.
