Blue Bell Ice Cream has recently come back, and my sister in law can’t stop talking about how happy she is she can buy it again. I was unaware of Blue Bell until recently so decided to check them out for our float making party. The Key Lime Mango Tart caught my eye, and I just knew it had to go with a pineapple soda.
Venice headed off to her first day of middle school, and with the other three in elementary school and Harold at home, I’m starting to feel kind of old. Who else gets the rare quiet moment in their day? I love my kids, but goodness, these quiet moments are to be treasured. That’s when I made the Pina Colada float – nonalcoholic of course. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
