Strawberry Coconut Green Smoothie
Do you ever go through food phases? I’ve always loved smoothies, but recently have started making them more frequently. I just love how much goodness can be packed into a smoothie, and usually the kids love them as well!
Mark brought home some Coconut Juice one day, and I immediately though Smoothie! I keep a bag of frozen spinach just for such occasions, and we’ve been buying a lot more fresh fruit. Personally I don’t think you can have a smoothie without a little banana, but the Strawberries are what make this my kids favorite.
My kids often like to spoon their smoothies out, making huge messes. I was so tired of cleaning up smoothie, that I found these fun Silikids Straw tops. The kids think they’re fun, and I no longer have big messes to clean up. My kids also love that mom lets them blow bubbles in their drink now, because it won’t overflow when they get a little crazy.

I love banana and strawberry together, and my Mom use to make us smoothie. but I've never ever tried with spinach. I'm so curious as for the taste 🙂
I haven't tried spinach in a smoothie, but this looks good!
Oh it's the best Diana! I was skeptic for awhile, but if you chop the spinach up first it mixes in better, and you can't taste it at all. I have very picky kids, so this helps get them eating more veggies.
That smoothie sounds yummy I am going to have to try it! I've always wanted to try those silicone lids as well!
I've made a lot of smoothies in my life, but rarely share them. This one was THAT good, lol. The lids are a little hard to get on the first couple times, but then they have a little more give to them. The kids love them, since I let them blow bubbles in their drinks if they have one on
This smoothie sounds good. I also just recently started making smoothies more especially since my daughter loves them. I have not tried the coconut juice yet but that does sound good.
