Creative Teacher Gifts with Printable Gift Tags

The end of the school year is coming. Teachers have worked hard, and you’ve seen your child progress in their knowledge. It’s time to say Thank You for all the teacher has done during the year. Check out this list of Creative Teacher Gifts and you’re sure to find something for the greatest teacher ever.

15+ of the most Creative Teacher Gifts

I found this practical idea of gifts that teachers can use in the classroom. I think it’s common knowledge that many teachers use their own money to buy supplies for the classroom, so every little bit helps them out. Paper clips, pens, pencils, highlighters, and of course a treat as well. I created my own printable for you to use with the paperclips, but I Saw That Going Differently In My Mind has cute sayings for each of these gifts.

The idea was cute, but I wanted to make it a little extra special. So I mustered up my courage and made the easiest printable for this.  Nothing says You’re Awesome like paperclips right? OK, maybe add a treat that your teacher can enjoy just for themselves to take it up a notch.

Paper clips not the thing for your teacher? Well, that’s A-OK because I’ve gone around and gathered together some of the most creative teacher gifts I could find on the web! Now all you have to do is put the gift together and say Thank You.

    Funny Gifts?

Do you give funny gifts?  I’m not really a funny gift giver. I like to appeal more to the sentimental side of people when I give a gift. I enjoy the thought going into a gift. The hunt for that perfect gift that someone will cherish for years to come (or as long as it will take them to eat…I give a lot of food gifts).

So I can’t really think of any funny gifts I’ve ever given. I’m not sure I’ve ever received a funny gift either.  Though there was this one time, my brother gave me, I guess a funny gift. I thought it was pretty neat, and I still have them.

One part of the gift was a Barbie Wedding Dress (no doll included). His reasoning behind it, was because someday I would get married.  True that! Maybe I should have looked to that dress for inspiration before purchasing mine, but I didn’t. I still have it somewhere though!

The second part was a model car. It too is in storage somewhere, or I would tell you what model, but it is a nice silver car.  My brothers reasoning for this gift? Because someday I would have my license and be driving around.

Mind you at the time he gave me these, I was I think 10 or 11. I thought they were the coolest gifts ever!  He was probably trying to be funny.

Now cards! I do have a funny card from my brother. The picture was 2 eggs sitting on a beach. One was cracked and frying. The other had his sunglasses on and relaxing with a quote bubble “Bob forgot his sunscreen” or something to that effect.

How about you? Do you give funny gifts?
I’d love to hear about them.

  • Holiday Gifts for Neighbors #MompactLNO

It’s snowing here. I was worried that we had moved too far south for snow, but we didn’t!  Once the snow starts, I really start getting into the Holiday Spirit.

And that means Holiday Gifts for my Neighbors!  There are so many cute things out there. Thanks to pinterest I’ve got them at my fingertips.  Some of my favorite Holiday Gifts from neighbors are the ones with cute sayings.

    Like these Elf Kisses

    Or the classic Reindeer Poop

As fun as these gifts are though, I also like the home baked goods. Something made with love, that’s healthy to boot.  My mother in law likes to make mini loaves of bread to share. I remember the first Christmas we were married and we went over to her house, there were just dozens of mini loaves on her table. Oh the smell itself was intoxicating!

If you don’t want to make anything, mixes are also a great gift! It allows the receiver to make it whenever they want. You can add wooden spoons, pot holders, or even an apron to go along with it. Just tie it together with a bow.

Now as good as brownies are, I also enjoy the healthy treats.  I’ve just come across Miffy’s Marvelous Muffin Mix, and they are oh so yummy!  These would look really cute with a spoon added and tied with ribbon.  You could even add a cute note “Holidays are fun, but often make us stressed. Sit back and relax, enjoy these muffins with your kids”  (A good example on why I’ll never get a job with greeting cards)

To get you started on your Holiday Gift Giving, Miffy is running a special sale during the month of November
    • 4 packs/$20
    • 6 packs/$30
    • 8 packs/$40

What do you give your neighbors? Do you have a favorite gift to receive?

Don’t forget you can also win 2 packs of Miffy’s Marvelous Muffins along with some other great products from MomPact

    Teacher Gift

Princess V had her last day of preschool last week. Come fall I’m going to have a kindergartner and preschooler! Kids grow up too fast sometimes.
I missed Teacher Appreciation week, but I wanted to get Princess V’s teachers a gift. They are wonderful teachers, and they really did a lot to help Princess V learn socially and educationally.  I’m hoping we’re still around this fall so that Princess C can have the same great teachers.

There’s never enough we can do for our kids teachers. They strive hard to plan lessons, and help our kids. A little gift at the end of the year doesn’t even scratch the appreciation they deserve, but it does put a smile on a teachers face.  Using Pinterest I found a lot of clever gift ideas. So using those I came up with these cute buckets.

I bought the metal buckets and sticky notes from Target’s deal section.  The chackboard labels I got from Finger Snapper.  We filled the buckets with mints and then wrote on the top sticky note
“Thanks for your Commit – “Mint” to teaching”.  Princess V loved making these and giving them to her teachers.

Did you make your kids teachers a gift?
