    Round 4, the final round of Modern Greetings 2nd Honeymoon Contest starts today. This should be a fun one.  All you have to do is upload a video either from your wedding, or about your wedding.

    You can submit your videos on the contest page on Facebook
    This is one I may have to skip out on.  I have no idea where our wedding video is. We put my brother in charge of doing video for us, and I’m not sure we ever even got it back from him. I might, if I find the time, put together a video slide show of some of our memorable moments though.

    Do you remember me telling you about Modern Greetings? I reviewed their website here, and am sending out our Christmas Cards we got from them this week.  Then I shared some HIL-AR-I-OUS wedding photos that I entered into their 2nd Honeymoon Contest.
    Well, I didn’t win round 1. Thankfully they’ve got a couple more rounds coming to win a 2nd Honeymoon.
    Round 2 has started, and it’s a pinterest of a good time!

    Here’s what you need to do to win a 2nd Honeymoon

    1. Follow ModernGreetings.com on Pinterest
    2. If you didn’t enter round 1, you’ll need to enter your email on this page
    3. If you did enter round 1, head on over to the Facebook page for the official Round 2 entry form
    4. Pin the official contest Image (can do from the facebook page) onto a Second Honeymoon Contest Board, and make it the cover image.
    5. Start pinning images of your ideal 2nd Honeymoon.
    6. Go back before December 13th at midnight and fill out your entry form.
    The winner will be chosen by and independent Modern Greetings Judging Panel.  So what are you waiting for? Go start pinning!!

    Ah yes, I just love this photo of the ONE bite of food I had the day of my wedding. Well, almost one bite. I mean seriously Mark, you never ate like that while we were dating, what gives?
     
    I’m thinking of entering this into the Modern Greeting 2nd Honeymoon Giveaway.

    There will be 4 rounds you can enter into. The first of which, has actually already started. It’s the Funniest Wedding Photo round. You go HERE, enter your email, and then you’ll be redirected to Modern Greetings Facbook page. There you will enter your photo. Then get all your friends and family, and their friends to vote for your photo. The photo with the most votes wins!  So simple.

    I would so very much love this! We had an ok honeymoon. We roadtripped from utah to vegas and then to the nations capital and back home. Some nights were spent sleeping in the car. On top of that though I had an ….. well…feminine problem…. that I had never had before. With no insurance and no idea what was going on with me, we had quite the interesting honeymoon. I’d love a do-over.

    Holiday Cards with Modern Greetings {Review + Free Photo Book}

    Is it too early to send out Christmas Cards?  Not if I call them Holiday Cards!!!

    In the past Mark and I are usually late getting our Christmas cards/letter out, or we just all together skip it. There is so much that seems to go on between Thanksgiving and Christmas, that the cards usually get put on the backburner here.

    Not this year!

    We took our family photo in early October (like the 1st weekend of October!). Let me tell you, getting a good picture of all of us was extremely difficult…..

    Thanks to Modern Greetings, I now have holiday cards in hand, with envelopes ready to send out!  I really enjoyed making our cards this year.  Modern Greetings had hundreds of designs to choose from.
    What I loved the most though, was that after choosing a design, we could then edit, add to, take away, change fonts and colors to really make it our own.

    A few Pluses for Modern Greetings

    • Nice web design. Easy to navigate to create the perfect card
    • Many options to choose from.
    • Reasonably priced
    • Will address and mail your cards for you!!!

    What I didn’t like

    • I couldn’t use some of our pictures in certain designs because of low resolution. Not exactly their fault, but I’m no techy. Having a tutorial to teach someone like me how to make it work, would be great! Having an FAQ or some tutorials for other issues people may encounter would add great value!
