    I absolutely love Picmonkey for all my photo editing needs. I can resize my photos for optimum blog load time for you, as well as edit colors, add embellishments, and of course get some text in there so you can pin all my images to pinterest (at least I hope that’s what you do). You may even recall last year I wrote about what to gift your blogging friends, and Picmonkey Royale was on there.

    Cat, dog, reptile, amphibian – it doesn’t matter in this contest. They are looking for creativity, use of picmonkey effects, theme, and photo quality.

    How to Enter

    Entering is SIMPLE! Grab a photo of your pet, or your friends, or your neighbors. Do a little editing on Picmonkey. Then share your photo on social media with the hashtag #FrankenPet 
    *Contest runs through 11:59pm Halloween Night. Winners will be announced by Picmonkey on November 5th. Everyone is welcome to participate, but prizes are only open to US residents.

    The second part of my dream, is to do more in our own home here to create memories for my kids, that is not so cluttered with stuff that they won’t remember. Really creating this house into a home.

    Round 4, the final round of Modern Greetings 2nd Honeymoon Contest starts today. This should be a fun one.  All you have to do is upload a video either from your wedding, or about your wedding.

    This is one I may have to skip out on.  I have no idea where our wedding video is. We put my brother in charge of doing video for us, and I’m not sure we ever even got it back from him. I might, if I find the time, put together a video slide show of some of our memorable moments though.

    Round 1 we shared our Funny Wedding Photos, Round 2 we pinned our destination Honeymoon, Round 3 is all about your proposal story.

    Mark had a nice proposal all planned out for me. He was going to take me to visit one of the LDS temples, and play his saxophone for me, then propose. Well, good old me, one night as he dropped me off at my parents, I threw out the question

    “If you had the ring would you propose tonight?”

    Guess what? He had the ring. So he proposed then and there on my parents doorstep.  Not as romantic as he had planned, but still one of the best nights I’ve ever had. I ran inside and told my sister, who rolled over and went back to sleep promptly. I personally didn’t sleep much that night as I admired the glow coming from my finger.

    Do you remember me telling you about Modern Greetings? I reviewed their website here, and am sending out our Christmas Cards we got from them this week.  Then I shared some HIL-AR-I-OUS wedding photos that I entered into their 2nd Honeymoon Contest.
    Well, I didn’t win round 1. Thankfully they’ve got a couple more rounds coming to win a 2nd Honeymoon.
    Round 2 has started, and it’s a pinterest of a good time!

    Here’s what you need to do to win a 2nd Honeymoon

    1. Follow ModernGreetings.com on Pinterest
    2. If you didn’t enter round 1, you’ll need to enter your email on this page
    3. If you did enter round 1, head on over to the Facebook page for the official Round 2 entry form
    4. Pin the official contest Image (can do from the facebook page) onto a Second Honeymoon Contest Board, and make it the cover image.
    5. Start pinning images of your ideal 2nd Honeymoon.
    6. Go back before December 13th at midnight and fill out your entry form.
    The winner will be chosen by and independent Modern Greetings Judging Panel.  So what are you waiting for? Go start pinning!!
